Pass ups, matrix, HOW CAN I JUST GET PAID???

We have all seen it, the many ways on how to make money through multi

level marketing and a host of businesses online or offline. Do we truly have to

wait for several or more sales before we can make any money? Is there other

types of compensation plans that can pay NOW?

The answer is YES! There are many other ways to actually make money online

and offline and actually see the profits immediately. Affiliate marketing for the

most part pays directly to you, it does take somewhat of a learning curve, and

you should do your homework on the program or person you decide to work

with. Like most home based or online businesses, there are just as many bad

programs as there is good. The fact is however, that when you get past the

learning curve of affiliate marketing you can get paid directly to your personal

account. That is good news when you are needing to make extra income.

I prefer the override plan. With an override plan if I make a sale for say, $100,

well then the individual that brought me into the business receives a matching

override of $100 dollars as well. Is this for real? Yes, there are a few companies,

not many, but a few that offer this form of compensation plan. The residual in

these companies would be in the monthly renewal fee that each member makes

for use of back offices, websites, and many other tools you need.

Having to pass up your first few sales to a sponsor (up line) simply makes no

sense if I am the one who created and closed the sale. If you sold a car for the

car lot you work for and the first couple sales you made the profit from them

went to your sales manager, how would you feel? Probably not so good. Pass

up plans simply make you wait for so many sales before you actually see any

profit for yourself.

Matrixes can be quiet confusing with some network marketing programs, to

complicated to even follow on a diagram. Why would you need a diagram to

to see how you get paid anyway right? There are a few matrix plans that are

less confusing than others and pay immediately  without pass ups to sponsors

above you.

When searching for an opportunity with any home based or online business,

remember to always ask about compensation plan and if possible, which it

usually is, get a written diagram or plan for this compensation. Direct sales

and matching overrides by far are the simplest and best ways to earn cash

quickly and directly, you are in business to make the income after all.
